Main content

How can you report an issue?

Email [email protected] with the URL, the item to check, your reason and a reference source when available. Never send a private key, seed phrase, password or sensitive identity document.

How Coin4VN classifies changes

  • Presentation fix: spelling, formatting or link changes that do not alter the conclusion.
  • Data update: a new price, timestamp, status or source; the data surface shows its own update time.
  • Editorial correction: a previous fact or conclusion was wrong or lacked important context; the article receives a clear correction note.
  • Removal or index restriction: used when content lacks independent value, may mislead or cannot be adequately verified.

Policy changelog

  • August 13, 2026: published the corrections process, separated content dates from import timestamps and standardized the Editorial Team profile.
