4. AI assists; it does not replace sources or accountability
AI may draft or review, but each claim must remain within the source record. Confident model wording is never treated as evidence.
5. Modified dates must mean something
The content-modified date changes only when reader-visible material changes. Imports, system migrations and technical jobs do not make old content appear newly published.
